SCHOLARSHIP AND AWARD

APPLICATIONS

 

SI Noyo Sunrise gives one Club-specific award called the YOUTH SERVICE AWARD. This award recognizes local high school senior men and women who have made outstanding contributions to their home, school, community, country, church, and the world. Additionally candidates are encouraged if they can, to further the Soroptimist Mission: To improve the lives of women and girls, locally and around the world.

 

Applications are usually due in March. In 2010, the due date is Sat Mar 20,5pm.

 

 The award is available online in several formats:

• Word--download and fill in by hand  (Application only)  (Recommendation only)

• Word--fill in lines enabled--(Application) or (Recommendation Form)

• Acrobat (PDF)--(Whole Application)(Recommendation Form)

 

If you plan to use email, simply save the filled-in forms to your computer with a name, such as SI-ServAward-Josie. Write us an email to tess@ucdavis-alumni.com and attach the newly saved file(s). We respond pretty quickly that we received it. Additionally, if we are missing any elements, such as your two references, we'll let you know they are missing and when they come in.
